جناب ظریف و هولوکاست

ظریف، وزیر امور خارجه‌ی جمهوری اسلامی، در مصاحبه با نیو‌یورکر در ارتباط با برگزاری مسابقه‌ی بین‌المللی انکار هولوکاست که قرار است در ماه ژوئن در ایران برگزار شود و به برنده‌ی آن ۵۰،۰۰۰ ;جایزه اعطا شود اعلام کرد، مسابقه‌ی کاریکاتور هولوکاست، ربطی به دولت ایران ندارد.

بعد ادامه داد که این مسابقه توسط سازمان‌های مردم نهاد برگزار می‌شود و نیازی به مجوز دولت ندارد. سوال من اینجاست:‌ از چه زمان سازمانی بدون مجوز از دولت می‌تواند بدون دردسر فعالیت داشته باشد؟

از چه زمان سازمانی می‌تواند بدون مجوز از وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد، چنین مسابقه‌ای در چنین وسعت برگزار کند؟‌ آیا وزارت ارشاد، ارگان دولتی نیست؟

آنچنان که در فراخان اعلام شده، از ۵۰ کشور از سراسر دنیا، کاریکاتوریست ها شرکت خواهند کرد، از چه کانالی برای آنها ویزا صادر می‌شود؟ کانال غیر دولتی؟؟

این مسابقات توسط خانه‌ی کاریکاتور ایران که در سال ۱۳۷۵ توسط شهرداری تهران بنیانگذاری شده برگزار می‌شود. منظور آقای وزیر این  است که شهرداری اجازه‌ی هرگونه فعالیتی را بدون مجوز دولت دارد؟ مگر نه اینکه وزیر کشور باید حکم شهردار را امضا کند؟ وزارت کشور وابسته به دولت نیست؟

مدتی پیش یکی از کاریکاتوریست‌های جوان ایرانی، تنها به دلیل کاریکاتور انتقادی از دولتمردان ایران دستگیر و به زندان افتاد. آگر آزادی هست و مردم آزادند که انتقاد کنند، چرا آتنا باید در زندان بماند؟ چرا هادی باید زندانی باشد؟

در ضمن جناب وزیر در نظر داشته باشند، همزمان با این مسابقه، انجمن اسلامی دانشگاه اصفهان که یکی از دانشگاه‌های دولتی است، در فراخانی در تاریخ ۱۳۹۴/۱۲/۱۳ دومین دوره مسابقه کاریکاتور هولوکاست را در دانشگاه  اعلام کرده است  در ضمن، امیدوارم منظور جناب وزیر از گفتن «ما به افتتاحیه‌ی ای مسابقات نمی‌رویم» این نباشد که حتما در روزهای بعد سری به آنجا خواهیم زد!
